JAMES M. MCGINN, PARTNER

James M. McGinn, is the President of Phillips Martin Real Estate (PMRE) and Vice President of Phillips Martin Management, Inc. (PMMI). PMMI which he formed in 1984 with his Partner, Stanley P. Brashears, for the purpose of acquiring and managing office, retail, apartment and other real estate properties.

Mr. McGinn is a Director and Treasurer of the National Realty and Investment Company which maintains interests in various commercial properties with an estimated market value in excess of $200 million. In addition, Mr. McGinn is a Director and Treasurer of Iroquois Club, Inc. the entity which owns a 385,000 square foot, 272 unit apartment complex in Naperville, Illinois.

Mr. James M. McGinn was Vice President of William E. Gahlberg and Associates, Inc., where he specialized in development, brokerage, acquisitions, sales, syndications and management of various types of real estate and was involved in brokerage activities totaling more than $250 million.

Prior to joining Mr. Gahlberg, Mr. McGinn was affiliated with Coldwell Banker as an investment specialist/analyst where he was responsible for the analysis and recommendation of investment properties to the pension fund clients of Coldwell Banker's midwest region.

Mr. James M. McGinn received a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) from Loyola University of Chicago. He also received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance (emphasis in real estate) from Northern Illinois University. Mr. McGinn is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois.

Mr. McGinn is also a General Partner of Greenbriar Place Limited Partnership, Courtyard, L.L.C., Superior 160, L.L.C., Irving 1640, L.L.C. and Butterfield 1341, L.L.C.

STANLEY P. BRASHEARS, PARTNER

Mr. Brashears is the Secretary/Treasurer of Phillips Martin Real Estate and President of Phillips Martin Management, Inc. He formed these companies with his Partner, James M. McGinn in 1984 to acquire, manage and develop commercial property. Together they conceived and developed 354 multi-family units contained within two properties. Phillips Martin is now converting both developments into condominiums.

Mr. Brashears is the President/Secretary and a Director of the National Realty and Investment Company, a Delaware Corporation formed in 1930, which maintains interests in various commercial properties estimated to be valued in excess of $200 million of real estate. In addition, Mr. Brashears is also the President/Secretary and a Director of Iroquois Club, Inc. the entity which owns a 385,000 square foot, 272 unit apartment complex in Naperville, Illinois.

In 1979, Mr. Brashears participated in the development, lease-up and management of the Drake Oak Brook Office Plaza. This premier $25 million, 250,000 square foot office project attained 86% occupancy during its first year of operation. Ten years later, Mr. Brashears represented National Realty and Investment Company's Joint Venture Partner Interest with Travelers Insurance Company in negotiations which led to the sale of The Drake Oak Brook Plaza to the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.

After attending Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, Mr. Brashears, a native Chicagoan, became the Convention Sales Manager of The Drake Hotel in Chicago. The responsibilities of this position included convention sales as well as management of all convention facilities and personnel. Mr. Brashears is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois as well as Montana.

Mr. Brashears is a General Partner of Phillips Martin Partnership which is a General Partner of Greenbriar Partners, Greenbriar Place Limited Partnership, Courtyard, L.L.C., Superior 160, L.L.C., Irving 1640, L.L.C. and Butterfield 1341, L.L.C.

THOMAS W. BALK, ASSOCIATE PARTNER

Mr. Balk concentrates on the sale and leasing of retail and office properties. He has broad experience in the areas of investment property, brokerage, real estate exchanging and property management.

In 1982, Mr. Balk was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.

Mr. Balk is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. He is a member of national, state and local real estate boards and is a past President of the Illinois CCIM Chapter.

    Wayne H. Ebbens has been involved in the brokerage and management of real estate since 1990 having been previously associated with Chicago International Real Estate Company as Vice President. His experience has been in industrial, land, and commercial office properties both as Agent and Tenant Representative.

    Before becoming a commercial real estate broker, Mr. Ebbens was the Executive Vice President of Leaseway Warehouses, Inc.

    Mr. Ebbens is very knowledgeable of the southern and western suburban areas and focuses on the I-88 and I-55 Corridors. He currently represents the Chicago Ridge, Ridgewood and Timber Ridge Business Parks. He is an active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers.
