PMRE utilizes a target market approach to determine the status of each property’s position in the marketplace by collecting the financial, governmental and environmental information necessary to successfully close the transaction.  Acting as agent, PMRE’s cycle-tested experience in negotiating the acquisition or disposition of property engages the brokerage community to insure that all qualified prospects and investors are known and presented with the opportunity of acquiring the asset.  Services include:  the examination of current operating parameters, accommodation of future expansion and contraction, documentation and comparison of terms for negotiation, review of construction quality and build-out, determination of ownership strength, management caliber, and value of amenities and services.
